PARTIES AT JULIEANNA'S
Julieanna's is a BEAUTIFUL GARDEN SETTING. The Special Events Tent can seat up to 250 people. We can seat parties up to 100 people on our Patio, 50 people in our Main Dining Room, and our Lounge is perfect for cocktail parties up to 30 people. We have a Private Dining Room with audiovisual equipment for up to 20 people

BANQUET AND CATERING MENUS
Selections should be made no less than two weeks prior to the date of your event. Minimum order required for some menus. Printed prices are subject to change.

SPECIAL EVENT TENT AND WEDDING SET-UP FEES
Includes use of tent for 6 hours, tables, chairs, linen, up to 5 patio heaters, and clean-up. Max. interior seating of the tent is 200 people.
LINEN AND CHAIR COVERS
The Special Events Tent set-up fee includes white table cloths and napkins. Custom color selections are available at extra cost. Chair covers and bows are also available at extra cost.
DECORATING FOR PARTIES AT JULIEANNA'S
The client may decorate tables, chairs and the Special Events Tent with approval of Julieanna's Patio Cafe. Please note that additional cleanup charges may apply to remove excessive debris i.e. confetti after the event.
The client may hire their own entertainment with approval of Julieanna's Patio Cafe.
If alcoholic beverages are desired, a portable bar with bartender(s) will be set up in or near the special events tent for best service.
For parties at Julieanna's, the Special Events Tent Set-up Fee covers most basic equipment requirements including, but not limited to, tables, chairs, white table linens and napkins, glasses, and flatware. For additional equipment or labor, the following Ancillary Charges may apply:
TAX AND SERVICE CHARGES
Applicable sales tax applies to all services rendered. With the exception of banquets held under the Julieanna's tent and catered events, all food and beverage prices will be subject to an 18% service charge. For catered events and banquets held under the Julieanna's tent, the 18% service charge will be waived and labor will be charged at the rate of $120 per server and/ or bartender per day. Minimum staffing for buffet style service is recommended to be approximately one server to 30 guests and banquet table service, if requested, is recommended to be approximately one server to 20 guests.
